Hi I’m JJ, a MasterCoach V6 Level coach and trainer and I’m thrilled that Tony and Nicki have invited me to join the UP Coach Program team as Coordinator. I have worked, on and off, with Tony and Nicki for over 10 years and am so excited for the vision of the UP Coach Program.
As Coordinator for the UP Coach Program I am here for both coaches and coachees to ensure they are supported throughout the process.
I will be overseeing the standards so that we know the coachees are getting the best possible level of coaching and support, while the coaches are delivering on our promise.
Our aim in the UP Coach Program is to help thousands of people in Birmingham to regain their power (or in some cases find it). Our experienced team of coaches will be helping others to learn and grow, while continuing to develop and grow themselves, their skills and in many cases their business too.
